Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO HAVE INTERNET ACCESS.
To enter the BOB Stroller Contest via the Internet, go to the url indicated in promotion and submit the required Entry information. Limit one Entry per person, unless otherwise stated on Entry page. Limit one valid email address per person. Multiple or false entries submitted by a single person are void and any person who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the Entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries will be disqualified. ALL ENTIRES MUST BE RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CONTEST. "Valid Entries" are completed entries that are received during the Entry Period. Entry of contest for any prize offered by BOB Trailers Inc. through any of its websites requires the acceptance of a cookie. If you do not allow cookies to be accepted via appropriate browser settings, you will not be allowed to enter said contest. Cookies are a necessary tool that enable us to enforce our one Entry per person rule.

Conditions of entry

Valid entries must be submitted via the online method as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. Photo ID will be required as indicated on individual Entry page in order to claim prizes. All entries become the property of BOB Trailers Inc.. Neither BOB Trailers Inc., its respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service or any other error or malfunction or late, lost illegible or misdirected entries.

Eligibility

By entering into and participating in these contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release BOB Trailers Inc., its affiliates and their directors, employees, officers, agents, and its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that Idaho courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising form or relating to this contest and that venue shall be only in Boise, ID. Further, all winners agree that their and their child's image and/or likeness and first name and city name, may be used in the promotion of future contest with no further compensation being due to said winner. Employees of BOB Trailers Inc. and its respective affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the contests. BOB Trailers Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of BOB Trailers Inc. corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.

Selection of winner

BOB Trailers Inc. will determine which entries are Valid Entries and whether the entries otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein ("Eligible Entries"). BOB Trailers Inc. will choose the winner(s) from all of the Eligible Entries. BOB Trailers Inc. will be the sole judge of which entries are Eligible Entries and its decision and choice will be final. The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail using the information provided on such winner's Entry. BOB Trailers Inc. is not responsible for misdirected or corrupted e-mail addresses that prohibit a person from entering the Contest or that prevent BOB Trailers Inc. from identifying or contacting a winner. Should a winning entrant not respond to e-mail notification of selection within the time indicated in the notification, the winner forfeits its eligibility to win and BOB Trailers Inc., in its sole discretion, may select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received and the number of prizes allocated to the Contest.

Winner

To obtain the number of eligible entrants in a particular contest or the name of the winners of any given contest, request these lists via email to contest@bobgear.com Subject: Contest Winners List Request or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Stroller Contest Winners List, BOB Trailers Inc., c/o Noot Group, 960 Broadway, Suite 530, Boise, ID 83706. Requests must be received in writing within 90 days of the contest end. Requests must include specific contest information such as time and date of contest, web address of contest entry form, prize(s) being offered and contest name. As a security precaution and privacy respect measure, said list generated will include Entry first names, last initial or name used to register with and abbreviated email address only.

Prize

Any expense not specifically stated as being included in the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. BOB Trailers Inc. reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value or with the equivalent cash value. The winner may not transfer or substitute the prize. Federal, state and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Privacy policy

All Entry information collected in connection with these contests shall be accessible by the BOB Trailers, Inc. Such information may be used by BOB Trailers Inc. to contact each entrant directly with marketing or other information. By participating in these contests, each entrant hereby consents to such use. Subject to the foregoing, all other uses of entrant information will be in accordance with BOB Trailers Inc. privacy policy (located at www.BOBgear.com/privacypolicy) in effect as of the date of your Entry, which privacy policy may be revised from time to time in BOB Trailers Inc. sole discretion.
