How do I change my flat tire?

Tools Needed:

Replacement tube
Tire lever
Bicycle tire pump


Removal:

1) Deflate the tube completely
2) Insert the tire lever under one side of the tire and pry the tire away from the tube
3) Slide the tire lever around the entire rim until the tire is completely unseated from the rim
4) Remove the old, flat tube from the tire
5) Remove the tire from the rim completely and carefully sweep your fingers around the inside of the tire to make sure there is no sharp object remaining that can puncture the new tube, if a sharp object remains, remove with tweezers or pliers


Installation:

1) Install one side of the tire onto the rim
2) Partially inflate the tube to give it shape
3) Insert the valve stem into the rim and install the tube into the tire
4) Install the remaining side of the tire onto the rim (Note: it may be necessary to use the tire lever to insert the tire onto the rim
5) Pump the tire up to the recommended pressure

Tire Pressure:

1) 30 psi on all Revolutions, Stroller Strides, Sport Utility and the D’lux
2) 60 psi on the Ironman
