Competetor Magazine shares how jogging strollers are helping runners gain speed and strength by training with a stroller. In fact, fitness experts are quoted saying, ”running with a jogging stroller burns up to 20 percent more calories than running alone”. These added benefits coupled with the fact that you’re able to get your kids outside in the fresh air - it’s a win, win!
“It’s resistance training, which helps propel me when I’m not running with a stroller,” one Mom says.
